In order to expedite the capital raising required to commence operations of the proposed Yatala Off-Site Manufacturing Facility. Fadl Group has decided to establish the Yatala Plant as an un-listed public company. Today was the opening date of Round 1 of share offerings, which are antipated to sell out very quickly. The Gold Coast City Council today issued its Decision Notice allowing for 22,878m2 under roof shed at 154 Bursnide Rd. Stage 2 of 8 smaller sheds now self-assesable.

| H2o @ Southport - Land Settlement |

The settlement of 82 Marine Parade, known as 'H2o @ Southport" was today completed. After many months hard work with a great team of consultants we achieved the DA intended. However in light of the state and local government's commitment to $34million to beautify the Southport Foreshore and combined with Gold Coast City Council's review of their town plan to better accommodate the projected growth of the Gold Coast, H2o Southport Pty Ltd has an increased design under consideration.

Gold Coast City Council today issued its Decision Notice to approve devleopment for 313 residential apartments, 11 Retail Shops, 3 Restaurants and 1 Caf'e. The decision followed a public advertising period of which there where no appealants.

Today Fadl Group went unconditional on a site in Drury Lane, Dunowran (Hervey Bay). The 9.2h site could be the home of Fadl Group's second manufacturing facility which will supply to the Sunshine Coast, the whole Wide Bay-Burnett Region and up to the Coral Coast.

| Yatala Factory Site |

Today Fadl Group went unconditional on the contract to purchase 146 & 154 Burnside Rd at Yatala. The 8.4h site will be the home of Fadl Group's first manufacturing facility which will supply to areas from the border to Pne Rivers and West to Ipswich.The main factory is 22,878m2 with over 40,000m2 of hardstand for product storage, there will also be 8 smaller sheds which total 8,824m2 which will house complimentary products such as a gypsom sheeting plant, modular kitchens, tiles, sanitary ware and other products. Plans are expected to be lodged to Gold Coast City Council in June.

Fadl Group has now moved into their new office located at Level 20, 50 Cavill Avenue in Surfers Paradise. With the growth of Fadl Group we estimate to outgrow the office in under 12 months, making a “full house” until we move into the 1,168m2 of office space at H2o Southport.

Today was the presentation of the Keep Australia Beautiful Tidy Town Awards for the Wide Ba Burnett Region. Fadl Group are proud to sponsor the 2005 Fadl Group Environmental Innovation Award to the city of Bundaberg. The award was presented by Fadl Group Sales and Marketing Manager Daniel Holden and was accepted by the Mayor of Bundaberg.

Fadl Group and ABC Learning Centres sponsored the ladies Professional Golfers Association tournament which was held from the 11th to 13th of February at Lakelands Golf Club. Nikki Campbell took out the first prize $15,000 of the $100,000 prize pool with an impressive 12 under over the 3 days. Katherine Hull from QLD came second and Anne-Marie Knight in third.

Fadl Group’s first Queensland project had its first stage of settlements today; the building is now ready for occupancy by its owners of their tenants. The building has 44 units and is located at 76-78 John Street, in the Redcliffe C.B.D. Fadl Group would like to congratulate their purchasers and thank them for their business.

Fadl Group has today signed a purchase contract to undergo due diligence and feasibility studies on an icon project on the Southport Broadwater. Locate on Marine Parade and bound by Nind and Welch Street, the 7,167sqm blocks has an allowance for 285 bedrooms and up to 3,000sqm of commercial / retail use.

Sean Sullivan was the stage winner in the '2003 Jayco Tour of Queensland'. the stage was sponsored by Fadl Group and appropriately named 'Fadl king of the Mountain'. The stage ran from Rosedale to 1770 and was 100.8km.
